MEETING ONE: What we did
Took a look at how 21st Century Learners are different.

Looked at some of the needs of these students...what do we need to incorporate into programs.

Examined what other schools are doing.
  • Science Leadership Academy Science Leadership Academy was a school developed in partnership with the Franklin Institute and is part of the Philadelphia School system.
  • Springside School: Springside School is an all-girls Pre-K-12 independent school in Chestnut Hill
  • Arapahoe High School: Karl Fisch is the Technology Director, I invite you to check out what he has to say, but also to look at some of the class blogs Anne S has a great one for 9th grade English
  • Kutztown Area School District: This site is a math teacher from Kutztown one to one HS. Be sure to check out his math blog
  • Central Bucks: This is the home page of a Social Studies Teacher in Central Bucks School District
  • Westwood Schools: This school in Camila, GA has been internationally recognized for it's Flat Classroom Project, a collaborative 11th grade project with the International School Dhaka, Bangladesh
